To do this, DQG has implemented a development process based on Lean Production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The term Lean Production is based on the Toyota Production System created in Japan. More specifically, it indicates a company management methodology that aims at \u201clightening\u201d the processes by eliminating waste (muda), person and resource overloading (muri), and variations in the production flow (mura).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goal is to obtain the best result possible using as little resources as possible, and it aims at obtaining a continual overall improvement in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
DQG has applied its first Lean site to a specific product whose production demand has gone from 10 pieces to 50 pieces per week. The basic objective is to subsequently extend the application to the whole of production, to support company growth and maintain it over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
