Such is the case of this duplex villa in the Vicenza hills, which was thoroughly renovated and partly increased in size.

A number of large-sized sliding windows, even bigger than 4 metres, were installed in the living room and dining room on both floors. Our DQG HST 85 PANORAMIC, the lift and slide casing with an almost concealed fixed sash, was used as an innovative design solution that made it possible to fully appreciate the view and the natural light, and to create a unique environment with the outdoor terrace.In the living area there is also a fixed glazing with uPVC frames, allowing the homeowners to admire the spectacular landscape which presents a view of the mountains.

DQG 70 EVO PLUS windows and french doors, with triple glazing and motorized rolling shutters in light grey, were installed in the kitchen and sleeping area.

Finally, on the ground floor, there are two entrance doors with mirrored glass DQG 85 SMART, that guarantee an optimal level of insulation and security against theft.

All the doors and windows were replaced benefitting from Superbonus 110%: in addition to the casings supply and installation, DQG followed all the bureaucratic procedures for tax deduction and the assignment of claim.
