Renovation of a house in Brogliano

The purpose behind the renovation and extension of this single family house was to make it more energy efficient. The client also wanted to renew the aesthetics, in a way that would make the house look more modern and contemporary.

This is why two-toned casings profiles DQG 85, DQG 85 SMART and DQG HST 85 were selected. They are uPVC fixtures with a double coating that contribute to energy saving and guarantee optimal acoustic insulation. The systems have a double finish: white on the inside and grigio antracite (anthracite grey) on the outside.
These fixtures were used to fill the prepared openings:

• Bottom hung windows, so as to have usable space in every corner of the kitchen;
• Large-sized lift and slide casings, for lightening up the rooms;
• Entrance door with a vertical rectangular handle and satin fixed side glass that guarantee privacy and intimacy and brightness in the entrance;
• Other uPVC windows and french doors in the rest of the house.

All the DQG windows are equipped with mosquito screens and motorized shutters in grigio antracite (anthracite grey).

In addition to producing and installing the casings, we also followed all the bureaucratic procedures, including those for Superbonus 110% and tax deduction.
