21 Way Of Living

A new concept of hospitality in the heart of Milan.

21wol, an acronym of 21 Way Of Living, is much more than a hotel. It is an innovative hospitality building: a hybrid between the hospitality industry, co-working, and the bistro concept that came from the Benetton Group’s idea of giving an emotive experience to those who enter.

Located in the Città Studi area in the center of Milan, 21wol is the result of the functional renovation of a building from the 1930s. It extends over a surface area of 5,000 m2 and has two L-shaped bodies: one faces Via Enrico Nöe, while the other, perpendicular and open, looks onto the outdoor spaces.

In order to guarantee the maximum thermal and acoustic efficiency of the new multi-purpose complex, our doors and windows in uPVC were selected in DQG 70 profile, among windows with rolling shutters, entrance and balcony doors (or secondary entrance), glazed fixed panes.

DQG is proud of the fact that its contribution to the project helped the structure receive LEED Gold certification, which proves the use of energy saving products and an approach aimed at sustainability.
