DQG joins the largest Italian federation of window and door brands.
The shareholders of Diquigiovanni Srl (CEO Paolo Tosti, CFO Lodovico Lorigiola and Nazareno Barausse), with the aim of providing continuity to the company’s growth, announce that on 1 June they signed an agreement for the sale of 100% of the share capital to Sciuker Frames S.p.A. (a company based in Avellino that has been producing wood-aluminium and wood-glass structural windows for 25 years, listed on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.) with subsequent reinvestment of part of the enterprise value in the listed company.
The operation gives rise to deWol Industries (Design Way of Living), a federation of brands consisting of DQG, Sciuker Frames, GC Infissi, D&V serramenti, Ecospace and Teknika. It is the largest Italian operator active in the design and production of windows and doors and solar screens and a leader in green design and energy transition.
DeWol Industries will operate with specific brands serving four different commercial channels:
- single-brand retail, identified through SCK Finestre Stores, served by Sciuker Frames and GC Infissi;
- multi-brand retail served by D&V and DQG;
- Contractors (Italian and foreign) and Public Administration served by DQG;
- green design and management of energy requalification interventions implemented by Ecospace.
The above-mentioned group of companies is joined by Teknika, which will serve, in the role of captive company, the window frame manufacturing companies both through white label sunscreens and window-hole accessory products, in addition to continuing production and distribution under its own brand name. The products will be manufactured in 7 production platforms located in the provinces of Avellino, Turin, Novara, Verona and Vicenza. The transactions will allow deWol Industries to further consolidate its leadership in all market segments; implement economies of scale and strengthen margins through the synergies that can be realised between the production platforms; and start the process of expansion in the European and non-European markets.”In Sciuker we have found a perfect partner to continue our growth path. In this way we will have access to a much wider market, being able to offer wood-aluminium and wood with structural glass products in addition to PVC products.” – comments Paolo Tosti, current CEO of Diquigiovanni Srl, who will continue to manage the company and who will also hold the role of Managing Director for the contract area within the Board of Directors of deWol Industries. – “The new synergies will allow for greater efficiencies and higher margins as well as wider market penetration”.
