Terraced houses and casings with a green footprint.
The result of the restoration and requalification of an old historical building: Green Village is in a private park of more than 6,000 m2, located in one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas in the city of Florence that crosses the Florentine hills to connect Piazza Ferrucci with Firenze Sud. All the buildings are built eco-friendly, to satisfy every element of comfort from an economic, environmental and liveability standpoint.
The project involved the construction of individual single storey houses, double storey houses, large attics, apartments on the ground floor, garages and basements. To comply with the energy saving criteria, two-toned DQG 70 profile was chosen in order to realize over 200 fixtures among windows, French doors and balcony doors (or secondary entrance).
Mass white was selected as the main finish, to add more light to the indoor spaces. For a touch of modernity and elegance, a sanded grey film was used on the exterior faces.
