Design renovation in Milan

Winning collaborations for successful projects.

A few years ago DQG collaborated with a top-class interior designer, Andrea Castrignano, who personally chose our doors and windows for the renovation of a residential building in Milan.

After having seen our production site and touched our products, Castrignano opted for the DQG 70 ALU system, which unites aluminum with uPVC, in order to realize over 200 design fixtures, among windows and French doors, with high energy saving.

Classic white, a neutral color that fits in well with all types of furnishing, was chosen for the inside of the casings. Corten was used as the external aluminum finish for both windows and doors, making the building look and feel warm and intense, and giving it that contemporaneous aspect of lived-in and modern.

In addition to the aesthetics, attention was given to practicality: venetian blinds were installed inside the glass, making it easy to adjust the intensity of the outside light.
