Sesto Smart Village: fixtures for 140 social housing units.
In 2018 and 2019, DQG took part in a building restoration project on the outskirts of Florence which gave life to Sesto Smart Village: a complex with 140 social housing units enriched by large common spaces, both internal and external.
A total of 950 frames made by DQG were used for the 6 buildings, including standard windows and bottom-hung windows, French doors and balcony doors (or secondary entrance).
Special attention was given to the glazing: our Made in Italy doors and windows were all equipped with a double glazing and an acoustic insulation level of 44dB, which efficiently guarantees that no external noise passes through.
