Urbana New Living

Between 2018 and 2019, a new complex of buildings intended for social housing, shops and other activities serving the neighborhood was built on the outskirts of Milan, in Via Rizzoli.

The project is in line with the development of the Parco della Media Valle Lambro area and is divided into two distinct blocks: a tower building with nine floors above ground, and a second block developed on a large L-shaped plan with six floors above ground.

Two-color windows, French doors and balcony doors (or secondary entrance) in the profile DQG 70 have been installed in all the buildings: mass white was chosen for the interior, anthracite grey for the exterior. In many of the flats, large glass fixed windows were installed to create corner loggias with both rectangular and sloping sides, which are variable and different from each other, to give movement to the facades of the building.

All the Made in Italy window frames provided by DQG are fitted with 41 dB double-glazing, which ensures excellent acoustic comfort in all rooms.

The tight deadlines set by the client were fulfilled on time by our installation teams, who installed a total of 600 frames in just a few days, to the great satisfaction of both the contractor and the end customers.
