Renovation of a historical building in Milan

Social and urban requalification in the Sarpi district.

Originally known as the “Borgo degli Ortolani” (Fruit and Vegetable Village), today the Sarpi district is called Chinatown. In addition to representing a small corner of China, it is a very fashionable area of Milan that was recently redeveloped.

Upgrading involved various buildings, among which the one in via Bramante 13, where we supplied and installed 280 windows and louvre shutters.

As it involved a historical building complex in the city of Milan, this important upgrading project was considered as being both urban and social.
